Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) is an agency under the Kementerian Kemajuan Luar Bandar dan Wilayah (KKLW) that was established to create a Bumiputera Trade and Industry Society (MPPB). In the field of education, MARA has established several educational institutions throughout the country that offer various fields of study.
Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi MARA (KKTM) Kemaman is one of the MARA Educational Institutions (IPMa) that offers technical education and training based on the oil and gas industry with the intention of producing bumiputera personnel who are experts, skilled and trained in the fields of specialization.
